The repacking service is free of charge and will be automatically provided by our logistic partner (SingPost) to help customers reduce overall weight of the package and save on shipping expenses. Repacking will not be done for single-item or single-merchant purchases. We do not hold products from separate Stashally orders for consolidation and repackaging and only repack products from the same Stashally orders.
